Andy also has an extensive background both personally and professionally in the area of custody matters.

Recognizing the need for families to have a collaborative and amicable alternative to traditional litigation, Andy embarked on a mission to establish an ADR firm that would prioritize the well-being of families and empower them to make their own decisions during times of conflict.

As the founder of Flink ADR, Andy’s goal is to build the firm to become the “one stop shop” for family law mediation in Georgia.
