Should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a confirmed ADR session,

Please notify us no less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled date.

Just let us know in time for us to fill the date. Giving us less than 10 days doesn’t allow that.

So, if a case is cancelled inside of the 10 day period, we really don’t want to, but we have to charge a cancellation fee of four (4) hours at your selected Neutral’s rate.
