Jennifer brings valuable courtroom insight and strong legal analysis to her work as a mediator. She most recently served as Staff Attorney to the Honorable Kelly Lee Ellerbe in the Family Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, where she worked closely with the Court on a wide range of complex family law matters.

In that role, she assisted the Court with legal research, motion practice, and case management in high-conflict domestic relations cases involving custody, parenting plans, child support, and equitable division of assets. Her work provided her with a deep understanding of how courts evaluate disputed issues and the factors judges consider when resolving family law cases.

Jennifer’s experience inside the courtroom allows her to help attorneys and their clients realistically assess risk, narrow issues, and move toward practical settlement solutions.

At Flink ADR, Jennifer focuses on creating a professional and productive environment where parties feel heard and where meaningful progress toward resolution can occur. She is known for her preparation, thoughtful analysis, and ability to work constructively with both counsel and self-represented parties.
